How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched via Australia Post.

Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes. We offer free Australia-wide standard shipping.

How long does Australian delivery take?

Standard delivery within Australia is estimated at 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using Australia Post’s international network. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Will I get tracking?

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photo or video evidence. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear.

Who pays return postage?

Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
