Please contact us within 7 days with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photo or video evidence. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear.
Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
