If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number, details and clear photo or video evidence.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service for safe delivery.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse.
Faulty or damaged items are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law once the issue has been verified.
Email our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence if your item is faulty or damaged.
